In the cold shadow cast over the west by the tyranny of the criminally foolish and greedy, the self anointed elite, the new bureaucratic royalty, in the Tower of Ivory sits Little Lord Starmmer, and he quakes in his fear, fear of the people he has betrayed and fear of his dark master to whom he has sworn allegiance and would deliver his own people to.
